RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Airiemarie, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept eligible returns for exchange or store credit.
RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Original packaging must be included
All tags must remain attached, if applicable
Items must be free from signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, alterations, or washing
Any item that has been worn or used is not eligible for return
Once your return is received and approved, you may choose:
An exchange for another item (subject to availability), or
Store credit for the value of the returned item
REFUND POLICY
Airiemarie does not issue refunds to the original payment method.
All approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
Sale or clearance items
Promotional or discounted merchandise
Limited-edition releases marked as Final Sale
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards
PRODUCT CARE AND WEAR
Our pieces are designed to be worn and enjoyed. Normal wear and tear that occurs over time is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or exchange.
Items showing signs of wear, use, improper care, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Airiemarie is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
POP UP SHOP RETURNS
We do not currently accept returns beyond the timeframe of the pop-up shop event.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Whether you would like an exchange or store credit

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Airiemarie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Items returned that do not qualify may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
