Shipping & Delivery

At Airiemarie, we believe shipping should be simple, reliable, and transparent. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible while keeping you informed every step of the way.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when offered

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting us.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

Airiemarie is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

LOST, DELAYED, OR MARKED DELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates and delivery completion.

If you still cannot locate your package after this timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a carrier inquiry when appropriate.

Airiemarie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • International delivery times vary by country and carrier.

  • Customs processing may cause delays outside our control.
